By accessing or using the services of HLA Fusion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
HLA Fusion provides professional business consulting services including but not limited to: legal compliance advisory, sales strategy development, marketing optimization, IT and AI solutions, strategic consultation, operations management, logistics optimization, and talent recruitment services.
All consulting engagements are governed by a separate Service Agreement signed between HLA Fusion and the client. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in that agreement. These Terms of Service apply generally to all interactions with HLA Fusion.
HLA Fusion treats all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose any proprietary business information, trade secrets, or sensitive data shared during the engagement to any third party without your explicit written consent.
All deliverables, reports, strategies, and materials produced by HLA Fusion for a client engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. HLA Fusion retains the right to use anonymized case studies and methodologies for internal purposes.
HLA Fusion provides advisory services based on available information and professional expertise. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
